WAPI is seeking members with a strong sense of dedication, enthusiasm and love for new challenges. Individuals should be willing to commit 2-3 years of their time, talent and drive for the strength of this growing organization. WAPI has accomplished a lot in its six years of existence, bringing together a good number of medical practitioners bound by a cultural thread.  WAPI is non-profit organization founded in 2002, and it has over 350 paid/potential members. WAPI has been hosting four events a year including full day CME (Category I) conferences since 2002. WAPI is also a member organization of AAPI (American Association of Physicians of Indian origin) that has over 41,000 paid/potential members. We, as physicians of Indian origin, have tremendous potential in our united standing as vocal and committed members of the medical community. Our networking, to gather for professional, educational, cultural social and charitable reasons, will make us a formidable force in the state. It will allow us to earn the respect and presence in the community that we deserve.
